All cookies are around 5.5 oz.- 6.5 oz. depending on their mix-ins and toppings. Each cookie comes individually wrapped to preserve freshness. Cookies sealed tight in their bags have a shelf life of around  7-10 days after receiving them. Though we recommend, if you don't eat them in the first few days, to freeze them to preserve ultimate freshness. Cookies stay fresh in the freezer for up to 3 months!
